Have you ever met Ms. Erbol? Sure you have, do you know why they call her Ms. Erbol? It's those dogs of hers. She has two ba-a-d dogs. Those dogs are nasty' and they turn on their owner all the times.

They are "Fret" and "Regret"! Look out for those dogs. "Fret" is a female and "Regret" is a male, and you better hope those dogs don't have puppies.

Doesn't it seem that women live in fret, while men live in regret. Females cry "what if", while males are howling "if only". They are a danger to the neighborhood, a constant threat. You keep them around long enough and they will soon be your master. These dogs are not from God and they should never have Christian owners. Fret never comes and Regret never changes! There are two days over which man has no control ...yesterday and tomorrow! Jesus said in Matthew 6:34 “Take therefore no thought for tomorrow: for tomorrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” Fret can’t stay!

HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW MS. ERBOL?

Fret and Regret are mentioned in the above scriptures. Don't worry about anything and forget those things which are behind ... press on! You’d better beware of these dogs because they will eat you up, gnaw on you everyday...and they will make you Ms. Erbol (miserable). You’ll never have to tell anyone, people will know you are Ms. Erbol. I’m thinking you might even refer to yourself often as Ms. Erbol.

These dogs can’t be trained, and if entertained they become demonic. They must be expelled, take them to the pound. If these dogs are allowed to hang around and if you feed them, they will have puppies and they will grow into dogs of destruction.

Fret and Regret are horrible companions. Fret is a dog no believer should have. God does not give a spirit of fear and that’s what Fret is. You cannot keep this dog! When you try to bury your past without genuine forgiveness, Regret will dig it up and bring it back to you ... he will bring that stinking bone right into your living room. He’ll take it to bed with you.

Fret and Regret equal affliction for today. Fear of tomorrow and regret of yesterday brings affliction for the now. You must get rid of these dogs, you won’t control them, you can’t control them, they will control you. Regret often carries the rabid disease of unforgiveness.If you don’t bury the past, the past will bury you. It’s over, it’s gone, let it go, get rid of it, get over it!

If they have puppies you won’t like them! I have seen it happen. Six little puppies in the first litter. The first two to be born are Downer and Bummer. They soon become part of your life. Everything’s negative, there is no vision, all you see is hopelessness. These puppies just hang around because they are related to Fret and Regret. You can’t sell them to someone else and you sure can’t give them away. By choosing to feed Fret and Regret you opted to receive Downer and Bummer. Now they are whining to be fed. You’ll feed them, everyone does.

Now comes Doubt and Pout. These dogs are so bad they bite themselves and so tough that it doesn’t hurt. Oh yeah, they are in every litter these dogs have. These are some u-u-ugly puppies! Self-pity is rooted in selfishness and are always offsprings in this canine family. Fret and Regret are pure breeds. They are genuine Hounds of Hell. Their blood line is certified by demons themselves. Doubt slobbers with unbelief and Pout rolls in its own poop. They will stink up your life and all those that are around you.

These are some unhealthy and unholy dogs. You’ll feed them, you can’t help it if you keep Fret and Regret. These dogs will make you sick! I’m talking about real sickness, infirmity and disease.

I once heard a true story about a woman who got so mad at her husband that she “sulled” for 20-years. She pouted until she made herself sick. She stayed bedridden for 20 long years until finally, her pouting caused her husband to die. The day he died, she got well. Keep these dogs around and sickness and early death are sure to follow!

That’s not all of the puppies, now comes Loser and User. Now, it does not matter that you don’t like what these dogs are doing to you and it doesn’t matter that you would like to train and control them, you can’t! You must get rid of them. Loser is keeping you from advancing, he holds you down and holds you back. He helps determine how you see yourself and how others see you. And, worst of all, he causes you to become a User ... always seeking from others, using people for your advantage, manipulating! I tell you these dogs will make you a very unpopular person.

If there is a second litter, you can expect Whimper and Temper, Whiner and Piner, Moan and Groan, Ache and Take. Reject and Deject, Mope and Grope, Shame and Blame...oh, I know you get the picture.

THESE DOGS ARE TROUBLE

It won’t be long until some of these female puppies get “in heat” and all of the neighborhood dogs will be coming around. These bad dogs attract other bad dogs. The ol’ “black-tongued chow” will be around. Your words will begin to reflect the presence of a “black tongue”. The words from your mouth will reflect a darkened heart and blackened tongue. The “bull-headed bulldog”, he shows up and you sure can’t control him, stubbornness and rebellion will be your companions. You really don’t have an option concerning the results of keeping these dogs. Everyone who has these dogs turn out the same, negative, critical, poor self-image, physical and emotional sickness, hopelessness, despair ... Fret and Regret must be put to sleep...they carry disease! Too bad, dogs!
